Lonnie F. Wilson, age 65, of Huber Heights passed away on December 1, 2022. He was born on July 7, 1957 to Catherine Wilson and the late L.C. Wilson.
He loved working in his garage and out in the yard. He also enjoyed woodworking and collecting baseball cards. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved his family deeply.
He was retired from GM Truck & Bus and had many friends he met during his years there. He was always ready to lend a hand to anyone that needed it.
He will be remembered by his beloved wife of 45 years, Becky Wilson; daughters: Kathy (Ross) Byers, Betsy (Forrest) Harless, and Amy (Reggie) Williams; grandchildren: Quincy, Xavier, Rosemary, Violet, Penelope; mother: Catherine Wilson; sister: Mary Wilson; in-laws: Tom and Betty Baker; and a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
