Smith, Lois Marie, 87, of Dayton, Ohio, born January 20, 1928, died at Hospice of Dayton August 18, 2015. She was preceded in death by husbands, Stanley F. Trombley, John E. Caulfield, James W. Smith, 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
Lois is survived by 9 children,Linda McKenna(Harry) of Laura, OH, Sandra Rokette of Fairborn, OH, Nancy Pachin (Jim) of Crown Pt., IN, Rita Bongarten (Karl) of Durham, NC, Stanley F. Trombley, Jr (Liz) of Orange City, FL, Joanna Kempka(Marty) of Summerville, SC, Nathan Caulfield(Sherry)of Dayton, OH, Ratasha Anderson (Todd) of Arcanum, OH, and Rebecca Dakin of Huber Heights, OH; 21 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren;and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lois enjoyed a full life including family, dancing, gardening and bowling. She was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church and the Women's Auxilliary of American Legion Post 9927.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or to the Alzheimers Assoc., Miami Valley Chapter in Lois' honor.
