Lois Jean Johnston

Lois Jean Johnston, age 75 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born May 9, 1942 in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Waldon and Mayme Salyers.
Lois worked as a beautician. She was a loving mother, wife and grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Dorsey and her brother, Jr. Salyers.
Lois will be missed by her loving husband of 40 years, Chalmer Johnston; children, Lonnie (Peggy) Combs, Lisa (Vernon) Milby, Loretta (Gary) Porter, Linda Rose and Larry Combs; many grandchildren, great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Jane, Betty Jo, Phyllis, Pauletta, Virgie, Edna Mae, Maudie, Tommy and Billy Ray.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
