Lois B. Henderson

Lois B. Henderson, age 95 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022. She was born December 1, 1926 in Thomasville, Georgia the daughter of the late Tom and Mamie Henderson.

Lois worked as a hairstylist until 2020 at Girlfriend's Salon. She was passionate about making her clients feel beautiful and enjoyed the camaraderie with her clients and other stylists. Lois was a member of Philips Temple Christian Methodist Episcopal Church where she served in the church choir and on numerous committees for many years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Henderson Jr. and 5 siblings.

Lois is survived by her daughter, Marsha L. Henderson; granddaughter, Micaela L. Williamson and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to donate to a charity of your choice.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Celebration of Life at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Lois will be laid to rest next to her husband at Dayton National Cemetery at a later date.
