Lois Cook, age 81, of Dayton, passed away Friday, July 29, 2011.
She was born in Big Run, PA., to the late Fred & Mildred Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Paul Cook.
Lois is survived by her son, Dennis (Cindy) Cook; loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Cliff (Pat) Smith; sister, Janice Barletta; and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
