She was born on July 26, 1952 in Wheelersburg, Ohio the daughter of Donald and Esther Carter.
She is survived by her husband; Denton Harbaugh; son Geoffrey Fannin; brother, Brian (Della); sisters, Donna, Pamela, Janice; and several nieces, nephews and special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Denis.
