Lloyd Steven Roberson, age 70, lifelong resident of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021. He was born June 18, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Lloyd and Norma Roberson.
Lloyd was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and uncle. For over 30 years, he delivered produce for different companies in the area. After his retirement, Lloyd has enjoyed doing seasonal work for the City of Dayton.
In his free time, Lloyd enjoyed the outdoors- fishing and hunting, and spending time with his family. He was also an animal lover, especially dogs.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Roberson; mother, Norma Yount.
Lloyd will be missed by his loving wife, Pauline; step-children, Verna J. Smith, James R. Martin and Sharon A. Martin; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Mary (Mike) Barker, Jane McGee, Evelyn Harmon and Margie Gray; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lloyd's family will hold a burial service at a later date at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer North Chapel, Dayton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lloyd' memory to the American Cancer Society or the Hospice of Dayton.
