Lloyd Olson, age 72 of Medway, passed away January 24, 2011. He was born April 4, 1938 in Marshalltown, Iowa to the late Oliver and Ethel Olson.
Lloyd is survived by his wife of 47 years, Darlene Olson; son, Tod (Julie Stauffer) Olson; daughter, Cindy (Scott Larson) Olson; brother, Dave Olson; and sister, Linda Olson.
He retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base; was a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church; and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Lloyd Olson will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 5040 Rye Drive, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424. Rev. Dennis Dobbins officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lloyd's memory to St. Timothy Lutheran Church.
