Lloyd A. Coyle

COYLE, Lloyd A., age 83, of Fairborn, passed away Thursday January 10, 2008. He was preceded in death by his first wife June W. Coyle. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 14 years Dolly Coyle; one son Raymond Coyle; two step-sons Alan and James Carr; one grandchild Kristin (Gary) Hayes; six step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister; and many other friends and relatives. He served his country in the United States Army from Feb. 27, 1943 and was honorably discharged Mar. 14, 1946. Lloyd retired from the United States Postal Service after 38 years. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 526, VFW Post 6861, Michael J. Finnell Lodge 711 of Free and Accepted Masons, and a former member of the Greene County Veterans Service Commission. The family will receive friends on Sunday January 13, 2008 from 2-5pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. The service will be held Monday January 14, 2008 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Byron Cemetery.
