Lizzie Brooks

Lizzie Brooks, age 85 of Riverside, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010. Lizzie was born one of nine to the late John and Lena Little November 28, 1924 in Oil City, LA. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Ned Brooks; children Michael (Madonna) Brooks, Douglas Brooks and Darrel (Lou Ann) McNamara; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Jonnie Cook; brothers, Donald Ray Little and Dale Little; and many other friends and relatives. The family will receive friends Monday, March 8, 2010 from 12:30-2:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). Immediately following there will be a procession to Dayton National Cemetery for the committal service.
