Age 47, passed away October 24, 2014 surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Fugate; parents, Amanda Carson and Larry Flynt; siblings, Tammy Carson, John (Nicole) Carson, TJ Flynt, Kim Carson, Theresa Flynt, Ray (Rory) Carson, and Larry Flynt Jr.; children, Anthony, Nick, Jennie, Dylan, Kayla, and Zack; and numerous dear, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Lisa will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
The family will receive Friends on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Landmark Baptist Church, 4242 Needmore Rd. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 11:00 am at the church.
Interment to follow at Bellbrook Cemetery.
