Lisa R. Hartley, age 54, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on February 8, 2023. She was born on December 4, 1968 to Donald Hartley and Cynthia Faro.
Lisa was preceded in death by her stepmother MaryAnne Hartley.
Lisa is survived by her parents Donald Hartley and Cynthia Faro; siblings Andy (Wendy) Hartley, Lora (Andy) Brake, Rene (Pat) Bolling, Kevin (Amy) Hartley, and Emily (Jim) Folk; nieces and nephews Hannie (Mike), Brandon (Nora), Abbie (Brandon), Paige (Ben), Zac (Kayla) Rick (Emma), Alex, Madison (Corey), Hannah, Josiah, Zach, Haley, Zane, Murial, and Corinne.
Lisa was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend and had a heart for people and dogs. She loved to give and always made everyone smile. Lisa's mantra in life was "laughter is the best medicine."
Memorial service will be held at 4:30 PM on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. Visitation will be held on Friday at 2:30 PM until the time of service. Lisa will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Miamisburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in honor of Lisa to The Humane Society of Greater Dayton, 1661 Nicholas Rd, Dayton, OH 45417; or to SICSA of Centerville, 8172 Washington Church Rd.
