Lisa Ann Fields

Lisa Ann "Sprout" (nee: Moore) Fields, 55, of Dayton, passed away on August 30, 2022 at her home surrounded by family. She was born on February 26, 1967 in Dayton, Ohio to George Moore and Pamela (nee: Drake) Sams.

She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kylie Bond.

Lisa is survived by her father, George Moore; her mother, Pamela (Donald) Sams; her loving husband, Art Fields; her daughter, Ashley (Wayne) Colliver; her 3 grandchildren, Alyssa Colliver, Dylan Colliver, Jax Colliver and 1 great-granddaughter, Abbi Sherman. Lisa is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Lisa enjoyed traveling, dancing, painting, nature, festivals and Halloween. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Lisa is well loved and will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.

Visitation will be held 5pm to 7pm on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home- Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, Ohio 45439.

Services will held the following day, beginning at 10am on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, Newcomer Funeral Home- Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, Ohio 45439.
