Lindel Gene Bell

BELL, Lindel Gene, age 73, of Fairfield Twp., passed away after a long battle with lung cancer. He was born December 23, 1934 in Rocky Branch, KY, the son of Ewell and Lillie Bell. He served his country with United States Army for 4 years right after the Korean Conflict, worked for 16 years at Berman Printing where he retired in 2000, and was a avid gardener and cook. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ruby Bell; son, Curt (Margie) Bell; daughter, Barb Bokeno and fiance Jon Keener; grandchildren, Stephanie (Justin) Madden, Travis Bell; sisters, Alpha Spradlin and Gladys Phillips; brother, Ralph Bell. He was preceded in death by 9 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 3, 2008 from 10am-12pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH, 45432) where funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Rosehill Burial Park in Hamilton, OH. Donations may be made to Hospice of Hamilton (860 N.W. Washington Blvd., Hamilton, OH, 45013).
