Linda Frances Peters, age 75 of New Carlisle, passed away March 6, 2018. She was born on February 2, 1943 in Huntington, WV to the late Frederick Hansford and Charlotte Virginia Watts. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Frederick Peters; brother, Frederick Charles Watts and her niece, Lisa Lynn Jones.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Richard Peters; daughter, Charlotte (Ron) Hoover; daughter-in-law, Angela Peters; sisters, Opal Jones and Lillian June (Larry) Fry; 4 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Barbara Watts and Judy Chapman; numerous extended family and friends.
Linda worked and retired as a Pharmacy Tech from Rite Aid in New Carlisle.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1-2 PM on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where a memorial service will begin at 2 PM.
In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to American Lung Cancer Association, in Linda's memory.
