Linda K. (Wright) Lloyd, 70, of Dayton, went to be with the Lord on May 7, 2017. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 14, 1946 to Henry and Ima (Hall) Wright.
Linda loved to camp and cook. She volunteered for many years at Virginia Stevenson Elementary and at Wright Nursing Home in her later years. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandkids, and will be greatly missed by all.
Linda is survived by her father, Henry Wright; a son Robert Lloyd, Jr.; three grandchildren, Christy (Mauricio) Nava, Jamie (Juan) Solache and William Lloyd; eight great grandchildren; a brother, James (Suzi) Wright; a sister, Diane (Ronnie) Howell; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ima Wright; a daughter, Tammy Massey; three brothers, Marvin, Ronnie and Richard Wright.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, May 12, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, OH. A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery.
