LUCAS, Linda Lee of Kettering, born December 7, 1958 passed away January 9, 2014 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Robert Lucas of Kettering.
She is survived by brother John (Elaine) of Cincinnati, sister Roberta (John) Wahlrab of Beavercreek, and brother Joseph, and loving nieces and nephews, Mark, Lisa, Annie, Laura, John Ralph, and Alex. Linda was retired after many years of service from Delphi Kettering and currently worked at Tenneco Kettering.
She was a life-long member of Ascension Parish, in Kettering where she enjoyed numerous friends and volunteer work. She was a loving aunt, and a good neighbor to many people and children in her neighborhood. She was an avid bowler and a compassionate animal lover.
A memorial Mass celebrating Linda's life will be held at Ascension Church, 2025 Woodman Dr. Kettering, OH at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Visitation with family will occur prior to Mass beginning at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or SICSA in Kettering, OH.
