Linda Johnson-Gutwein

 Linda Sue Johnson-Gutwein, age 77, of Kettering, Ohio, went home to be with Jesus on September 30, 2024. She was born on July 17, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Sarah and Cleburn Johnson. She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Gutwein; daughter Amy (Steve) Kimmet; sister Janice Corn and her nephew Joshua James. 

 Linda is survived by her daughters, Lisa (David) Geers and Angie (Eric) Croucher; grandchildren Jessica Fuerst, Chelsea Fox, Caitlin Underwood, Madeline Oglesbee, Emily Oglesbee, Jonathan Geers and Caedon Croucher; great grandchildren Peyton, Paige, Christopher, Eleanor, JJ and Eli and her beloved friend of 68 years Judy Rogers; she is also survived by numerous other friends and family.

 Linda loved serving the Lord and spreading His word to as many people as possible. She enjoyed anything outdoors; biking, hiking and horseback riding to name a few. Linda had a soft spot for all animals and loved being in nature. She was an avid reader and loved going out to dinner. The ocean was her happy place - she would travel as often as possible to be near the water. Linda loved to work on puzzles and had a wonderful eye for fashion - she was always ahead of her time and had the most fun shocking her friends with her non-traditional style. She was also a true crime buff and loved being an armchair detective.

 Linda was one of a kind, she will be loved and deeply missed by everyone. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity in Linda's name, or to the American Cancer Society.
