Linda Gail Griffith

Linda (nee: Peyton) Griffith, 75 of Campton, KY passed away on December 17, 2022 at home. She was born on March 24, 1947 in Saltlick, KY to Clifford and Bessie (nee: Bair) Peyton. Linda Married Stan Knabel on September 22, 1984. After Stan's passing, Linda Married Gary Griffith on October 24, 2017.

Linda is preceded in death by her previous husband, Stan Knabel and her step-daughter, Geri (Danny) Deaton.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Griffith; her children, Christy (Don) Cridlebaugh and Kirt (Jill) Hutchinson; her step-children, Ryan Griffith, Brian (Toni) Griffith, Paula (Doug) Martin, Sue (Rick) Knost, and Steven Knabel; grandchildren, Donald (Jennifer) Cridlebaugh III, Stanley Cridlebaugh, Christopher-Robin Cridlebaugh, Zackary Griffith, Tiffany Griffith, Griff-Griff, Ava Griffith, Kara Knabel, Michael Knabel, Lisa Knabel, Kevin Knabel, Matthew Deaton, Kimmie Deaton and Marcy Deaton; her great-grandchildren, Colin and Autumn Cridlebaugh; her brother, Ricky Peyton. Linda is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Linda loved bluegrass and Southern Gospel music. She played Piano, Organ and anything with strings. Linda made the most beautiful quilts and enjoyed arts & crafts. She enjoyed gardening and organization.

A visitation will be held 10 AM – 12PM on Friday, December 23, 2022 with funeral services beginning at 12PM at Moraine City First Church of God. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
