Linda L. Boyer, age 69 of Huber Heights, passed away February 24, 2014. She was born August 29, 1944 to the late John Grieves and Mary Ware.
Linda is survived by her children: Troy Boyer, Scott Boyer, James Boyer and Kelli (Kevin) Boone; 8 grandchildren: Randy, Ronnie, Ryan, Kevin, Carson, Hunter, Skylar and Jazmine; brothers: Steve (Cindy) Grieves, John Grieves, Charles (Cathy) Grieves and Mike Grieves; sister, Shannon Derringer; cousin and best friend, Sandi Benoit; lifelong friends: Sandy Mumford and Rose Brewer; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Linda retired from General Motors after more than 25 years of service.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, March 3, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 9:30-10:30 am. Contributions may be made in Linda's memory to the MRDD.
