Pate, Lily Ann, 72, of Franklin, went home to be with the Lord on March 21, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Pate, daughter, Angela Long, grandson, Michael Long, sister, Elizabeth Perry, and brother, Ronald Brock.
Lily Ann is survived by her son, Ernest "Jimmy" Pate; her daughter, Brenda Bond and David Levangie; grandchildren ,David and Alicia Long, Travis and Savannah Pate, Joseph and Heather Bond; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Bill(Linda) Brock; sister, Mary Sue Collinsworth; her best friend, Darlene McDaniels and family and many other relatives and friends.
She attended Franklin Baptist Church for many years.
Visitation will be held 5:00pm until 7:00pm Monday, March 27, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home 3940 Kettering Blvd, where funeral service will follow at 7:00pm.
