Lilly R. Keene

KEENE, Lilly R. age 85 of West Carrollton, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at Sycamore Hospital. She was preceded in death by her son Johnny Keene. She is survived by Hayward, her loving husband of 58 years, her daughter Evelyn and husband Michael Ellis of Miamisburg; 5 grandchildren Brenton, Nicholas, Sean, Lindsey and husband Stephen Barnes and Sydney; great grandson Elliott. Lilly was born in Nurnberg, Germany in 1921. She met Hayward, who was stationed in Germany and the two were married in 1948. She was a faithful member of Jehovah's Witnesses for more than 50 years. Most recently she attended the Franklin Congregation. Her resolute support for her heavenly Father Jehovah served as an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. A private funeral is planned and a memorial talk will be given 2:00 pm Saturday, March 10, 2007 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 10465 Miamisburg-Springboro Road.
