Lilly Rebecca Cooley, age 90 of Huber Heights, passed away February 27, 2017. She was born June 8, 1926 in Rockville, MD to the late Other and Lillie Johnson. In addition to her parents, Lilly was preceded in death by her husband, John O. Cooley; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Lilly is survived by her daughters: Peggy Fenner and Cindy L. Cooley; granddaughters: Phyllis Howard and Rhonda Fenner; great-grandchildren: Courtney, Ashley and Whitney; and several nieces and nephews.
Lilly attended Sulphur Grove United Methodist Church, where she was involved with several committees.
Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. The family will have a private entombment at Woodland Cemetery Mausoleum. Contributions may be made in Lilly's memory to the church.
