Lillie Welch

Lillie Mae Welch, 85, of Dayton, passed away January 2, 2017. Lillie was born in Broadhead, Kentucky on November 10, 1931 to the late Elmer and Mae DeBoard. She was a member of the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Dayton for many years. In her free time she enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Lillie was preceded in death by her son, Robert Fowler; son in law, Larry Marlow; and many siblings.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Eddie Welch; daughter, Linda Marlow; son, Donnie Fowler; grandchildren, Jeff Watts, Kevin Fowler, Kimberly (Jeremy) Linder, Jenny Wintrode, Brandy Fowler; great grandchildren, Jessica Taylor, Christopher Terry; great great granddaughter, Harley Alexa South; and several other relatives and special friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 am with Pastor Wylie Rhinehart officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
