Lillie M. Lake, age 80 of Dayton, passed away October 13, 2021. She was born on August 18, 1941 in Louisville, KY to the late Soder and Atsie (Spencer) Sparks. In addition to her parents, Lillie was preceded in death by her husband, Firman Lake; sister, Betty Tucker; and brothers, Jackie Sparks and Glen Sparks.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Carol (Tim Shepherd) Moore and Teresa Lake; grandchildren, Jennifer, Chris, Curtis, Jessica (James), Aubrey and Janessa; great-grandchildren, Zachery, Joshua, Nicholas, Gracie, Olivia, Serenity, Heaven, Zoe, James, Haylee and Isabella; sisters, Viola Slone in Richmond IN, and Bonnie Patton in Stanton Kentucky; brother, Jerry Sparks in Florida; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Lillie enjoyed crafting and gardening flowers in her spare time. She kept great care of all her porcelain dolls.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to Promedica of Kettering and Hospice of Dayton, for all the care and compassion they provided to Lillie.
Family will receive guests from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, 45424) where a funeral service will begin at 7 PM.
