Lillie Mae Glenn, age 61, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Grandview Hospital. She was born January 1, 1960 in Spartanburg, South Carolina the daughter of Joseph and Theola (Jones) Glenn.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings, Brenda Glenn, Janice Hicks, Betty Jo Glenn and Michael Glenn; grandchildren, Willie Finklea, Lanelle and Rochelle Byrd; son-in-law, Michael Howard.
Lillie is survived by her children, Antonio (Cynthia Wilder) Byrd, Janelle (Robert Price) Byrd, Lillie Mae Glenn and Sharron (Donta Bailey) Glenn; grandchildren, Aireona, Antonio, Janeicea, Amari, Alonjia, Antwon, Angelo, An'Tyree, Anton, Alayah Byrd, Jamel Alexander, Elizabeth, Antonio, Mekhi Howard, D'Airel Bennett, Douglas Spear, Jr., Kali Lawson and R'Ylee Bailey; great-grandchildren, Layla Byrd, Daumier Bennett, Willow Zandrea Milner Finklea, Kaisen Alexander, Amina Byrd; siblings, Emma Miller and Charles (Mary) Jones; along with numerous family and friends.
Lillie was a devoted member of Victory in Power Ministries where she would love to attend weekly service to praise, worship and listen to the gospel music. She was the life of the party who never met a stranger. Lillie loved family and friend get togethers and dancing. She will be dearly missed by her loving children, beloved grandchildren, family and dear friends.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 AM Friday, March 5, 2021 at Victory in Power Ministries, 4519 Oakridge Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45417, where family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until the time of service at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at West Memory Gardens, Moraine, Ohio.
The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places.
