Lillian "Lil" Tille
August 28, 1921 — June 2, 2015
Lillian "Lil" Tille, age 93 of Dayton, reunited with her husband James on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. Born August 28, 1921 in Dayton to the late Mose and Dora (Harrison) Campbell. In addition to her husband and parents, Lillian was preceded in death by her brother, Gerald; sisters, Maggie and Ruth; special cousin, Mary Louise and former husband (Julie's father), Bob Miller.
She is survived by her daughter, Julie (Jim) Low; step-daughter, Tonya (Peter) Cook; grandchildren, Rob (Dina) Low, Deanne (Todd) Steele and Liz (Carl) Magnuson; step-grandsons, Peter and Michael; great-grandchildren, Scott, Krystal, AJ, Bobbie Jo, JT, Anthony, Shannon and numerous extended family and friends.
In Lil's 93 years she loved spending time with her daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed her monthly dinner/card parties with her friends from the VFW. Lil always looked forward to her lunches with her girlfriends. She thoroughly enjoyed sitting down with a good book.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lil's charity of choice, the Alzheimer's Association or the American Lung Association.
