Lillian G. Grothjan
July 18, 1917 — November 29, 2019
Lillian G. Grothjan, 102 years young of Kettering, passed away peacefully at her home on November 29, 2019. She was born July 18, 1917 in West Lafayette, IN to the late Frank and Lydia Dexter. In addition to her parents, Lillian was preceded in death by her son, Doug Grothjan and granddaughter, Rochelle Munger.
She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Munger and Jane Larkin; grandchildren, Polly Kasper, Josh Munger, Peter Larkin, Ryan Grothjan and Alex Grothjan; numerous great-grandchildren; extended family and dear friends.
Lillian lived life to the fullest. She snow skied into her later 80's, golfed into her mid 90's and loved her family up until the very end. Lillian also enjoyed ice skating, water skiing and exercising well into her 90's.
A graveside service will begin at 1:30 PM on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Woodland Cemetery (Dayton), 118 Woodland Ave. 45409.
