Age 81, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at Hospice of Dayton.
She is survived by two sons, Larry Daniels & Doug Daniels; one daughter, Rita Puckett; one granddaughter, Leah McDaniel; three great grandchildren, Hailey, Damon & Makayla; and by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday (8/29) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, with interment to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
If friends desire, contributions may be made in memory of Leva to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420.
