Letha Mae Brewer, age 84, of Moraine, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 21, 2017.
Letha was born in Perry Township, Ohio on June 15, 1933 to the late Ralph & Marietta Bell Morris.
Family was very important to Letha. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, reading and her flowers.
Letha was preceded in death by her siblings, Lucille Morris, Alma Morris, Geniva Morris, Thomas (Norma) Morris, Elmer (Maria) Morris, James Morris, Mary Alice (Grant) Elliott, Ralph (Gail) Morris, Jr., and Oscar Morris.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Lawrence Brewer; children, Teresa Kay Brewer, Mike Brewer, Kandi (Charles) Burton, Tamara (Harold) Reed and Terrence Brewer; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Margaret Morris; many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Stonespring of Vandalia for their loving care.
Visitation will be on Thursday, August 24, 2017 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 1pm at the funeral home, with Pastor Stanley Ward officiating. Letha will be laid to rest at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
Donations may be made in Letha's memory to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
