Leslie Michelle Waddell (Taulbee)

Waddell, Leslie Michelle (Taulbee), age 30, of Kettering, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2010. Leslie is survived by her husband: Christopher Waddell; children: Elise & Emma Waddell; parents: Michael & Peggy Taulbee; sister: Jenny; brother: Joey; father-in-law & mother-in-law: Jerry & Marilyn Waddell; grandparents: Walter & Bernice Taulbee; grandparents-in-law: Mary & Ed Waddell, Joy & Andy Monachella; aunts and uncles: Sandy & Scott Estle, Dave & Mary Taulbee, Kathy & Terry Clawson; Ron & Pam Wyant; best friend: Crystal Wetzel; and numerous great aunts & uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Harold & Irma Wyant.

Leslie was an accomplished trumpet player and musician. Leslie attended the University of Dayton, studying music education. She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 3, 2010 at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6696 Springboro Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45449. Interment will follow Mass at Calvary Cemetery in Kettering. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. If desired, contributions may be made to Christopher, c/o Newcomer Funeral Home, to help with Leslie's children.
