Leslie A. Downing, age 37 of Dayton, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016. She was born February 23, 1979 in Kettering, Ohio the daughter of Richard Downing and Cathy LeVan.
She is preceded in death by her father, Richard Downing; grandparents, Hector and Chloe Downing, Norman Hook and Betty Hook.
Leslie is survived by her mother, Cathy (Don) LeVan; brother, Brett (Theresa) Downing; son, Micah Kellen Bir; nephew, Cullen Downing; niece, Chloe Downing; step-sister, Natilie (Steve) Herres; She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 1 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home- South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439. Visitation will be from 11 am until the time of service. Burial will follow in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
