Lesa D. Hudson, a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully in her hometown of Dayton, Ohio, with her family by her side on January 26, 2025, at the age of 55. Born on April 1, 1969, Lesa brought light and joy to all who knew her through her sweet and kind spirit.
Lesa's journey began in Dayton, where she would grow to be a nurturing force in the lives of her family. She was an accomplished individual, having graduated from Patterson Co-op in 1987 before continuing her studies at the School of Advertising Art in 1989. Lesa had an impressive career as an Art Director at Advertising and Talent Associates, where her creativity shined. However, her heart was always at home. For the last 23 years, she dedicated herself to being a stay-at-home mom, pouring her love and attention into raising her beautiful children, Nicklaus and Taylor Hudson.
Her passion for crafting and creativity extended beyond her professional life; Lesa found joy in scrapbooking and drawing, often creating cherished keepsakes that would bring smiles and laughter to her loved ones. Known for her humor and infectious smile, she had a remarkable ability to make those around her feel cherished and appreciated.
Lesa is survived by her devoted husband, Jeff Hudson, who adored her deeply; children, Nicklaus (Shelby) Hudson and Taylor Hudson; grandchildren, Miles Hudson and Sawyer Hudson. She leaves behind her mother, Janet Stahl; her sister, Lara (Rob) Jagielski; and her brother, Dan (Jill) Stahl. Lesa was also cherished by her father-in-law, John Hudson Jr.
Lesa joins her deceased father, Nelson Stahl, and mother-in-law, Joyce Hudson, in eternal rest. Their absence will be felt deeply, but their love will continue to resonate in the memories shared by those she leaves behind.
A visitation will be held in her honor on February 2, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Dayton, located at 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, Ohio, 45424.
