Leroy C. Mcnees

LeRoy C. "Bud" McNees, age 73, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 22, 2016 in Dayton, Ohio. He was born to the late L.B. and Kathleen McNees on February 14, 1943 in Dayton, Ohio. Bud was a Vietnam Veteran who served in the United States Army. He was a life member of the VFW, American Legion and enjoyed watching NASCAR. Bud is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Beverly McNees; sons James Roy McNees, SRG. Michael Williamson Jr; daughters Tracey (Allison) Williamson-Brown, Stacey Thies, Melisa (Kenny) Younker, Stephanie (James) Cox; 14 grandchildren Ashley, Timmy, Abbey, Lindsey, Ray III, Wesley Jr., Anthony, Chelsea, Payton, Paige, Kasey, Austin, Amber, Melinda; 9 great grandchildren Isabella, Little Stephanie, Samantha, Alexis, Gage, Brooklynn, Parker, Charlie, Devon; sister Rose Clingerman; fur baby Rocky and many family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Christine Williamson. Bud will be dearly missed by all who loved him. A visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, on Sunday, August 28, 2016 from 2pm-4pm. Burial will take place at a later date at Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, 4899 Belfort Rd., Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256, in LeRoy's memory.
