Leonora Jean Baker

Baker, Leonora Jean, age 94, of Sun City Center, Florida, formerly of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014. Jean was born May 14, 1920 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Herschel & Nema (Morris) Utz. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband: Richard Lee Baker.

Jean is survived by her children and spouses: David Baker, Becky (Steve) Carre, Keith (Joyce) Baker, Cindy (Paul) Adkins, Barb (Neal) Smith & Teresa Wright; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Arlington Cemetery in Brookville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9:00 A.M. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
