Leona is preceded in death by Parents Clifford and Esther Tracy, Brothers, Darrell and Carlyle Tracy.
She is survived by Husband, Thomas Soppe, Daughter, Andrea (Marty) Noe, Son, Eric (Elena) Soppe, Grandchildren, Gage, Rachel, Mackenzie, Ellie, Kaison, Ryan, Austin, Samantha. Step-Grandchildren, Chistopher, Megan, and Adopted Daughter, Nicole Burton and a host of family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 5, 2017 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, Dayton South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439.
