Leona G. Clark

Leona G. Clark, age 86 of Huber Heights, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Soin Medical Center. She was born December 10, 1933 in Hyden, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Walter and Moss Rose Griffith.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Anthony Lawson; sister, W. Darlene Hargis, Hazel Nichols; beloved dog, Dalamar.
Leona is survived by her children, Debra (Chester) Comer, Charles (Kim) Lawson, Alisa (Matt) Sicree; grandchildren, Becky Nichols, Shannon "Mick" (Mikki) Downing, Seth Hargis, Zachary, Samantha and Olivia Sicree; great granddaughters, Taylor Downing and Jasmine Hampton; numerous other relatives and many friends; and beloved cats, Martha and Chloe.
Leona retired from General Motors after 30 years. She was also member of Landmark Baptist Church for many years.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH 45424). Funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
