Lenis A. Henson, age 70, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2015. He was born January 24, 1945 to the late Lenvil & Opal Henson.
Lenis was also preceded in death by his wife, Florence Henson; and siblings, James Rodney Henson and Peggy Sue Henson.
He is survived by his son, Lenn (Debbie) Henson; grandchildren, Hailey, Bradley and Charles Henson; siblings, Bob (Carol) Henson, Patricia (James) Haddix, Debbie (Joe Mossman) Posey, Mary Jane Castle and Lenvil Henson Jr.; sister-in-law, Kay Henson; and many well-loved nieces, nephew, extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 from 10-11am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439). The service will be held at 11pm.
