Lena Wilson

Lena P. Wilson, age 88, passed away in Xenia, Ohio on April 28, 2015. She was born to the late McCoy and Alba Phillips on March 16, 1927 in Monterey, Tennessee. Lena is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Ezra Wilson; three children Sharon (Johnnie) Jernigan, Cathey (Steve) Stott, Lyndon (Jill) Wilson; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sister Bonnie Jean (Gentry) Miller and brother Roy Bethel Phillips. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Anna Lee (Willard) Cantrell, Jasper Preston, Lela (J.B.) Looper and Ruby Jewel. Visitation will be at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel on Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 4pm-6pm with a funeral service to follow on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 10am at Apex Community Church 7200 Far Hills Ave Kettering, Ohio. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and Hospice of Dayton.
