Lena Louise Jones

Lena Louise Jones, age 79 of New Carlisle, passed away July 20, 2014. She was born February 15, 1935 in Claiborne County, TN to the late Charles and Sally Welch. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her son, Brian Keith Jones.
Louise is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Raymond Jones; daughter, Gail Allen; and grandchildren: Dylan Moore, Shelby Allen and Sydney Allen.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Carlisle and an employee of Northridge Schools for almost 35 years.
A funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at First Baptist Church of New Carlisle, 8870 E. St. Rt. 571, New Carlisle, where the family will receive friends from 4-7 pm. Pastor Jeff Christmas officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Louise's memory to the First Baptist Church of New Carlisle. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road.
