Lee Nichols, age 80 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Crossroads Rehab and Nursing. He was born September 6, 1941 in Korea.
Lee was an old fashioned man who took pleasure in the simple routines of his life, working, and going to church. He grew up in Korea and was adopted by a family in the U.S. as a young boy. He lived in Florida originally but eventually moved to Ohio and has considered Ohio his home ever since. Lee enjoyed his career as a truck driver and worked well into his seventies for a company based out of Dayton. He was one of the elder drivers and was affectionately known as the "Antique Driver" by his co-workers. Lee was a religious man who enjoyed attending church and was a born again Christian.
Lee is survived by his daughter, Linda (Douglas) Hamilton; and grandchildren, Colton and Grace Hamilton.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30pm November 9, 2021 at Woodland Cemetery, 118 Woodland Ave., Dayton. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer North Chapel, Dayton.
