Lawrence E. Gilletly, 89, of Tipp City, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2014. He was born on August 28, 1925, in Akron, Ohio to the late Joseph and Annie (Bradley) Gilletly.
Lawrence retired after 41 years in Law Enforcement. He was a member of the American Legion, Eagles, and VFW.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his Wife, Marilyn (Blizzard) Gilletly and his Brother, Ralph.
Lawrence is survived by his; Children, Timothy Gilletly, Megan Palbas, Mark Gilletly, Polly Lower;
10 Grandchildren, Katie, Carrie, Tyler, Danielle, Brandon, Adam, Hannah, Noah, Michele, Lachlan; 10 Great Grandchildren, Charlotte, Brian, Timothy, Trinity, Daniel, Eva, Faith, Kylee, Brayden, Jayden.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
