Lavon Legg, age 90 of Wilmington, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Clinton Memorial Hospital. She was born January 17, 1932 in Waverly, Ohio the daughter of the late Homer and Ruby Vince.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Norman Legg; grandsons, Shawn Lucas and Jason Lucas.
Lavon is survived by her three Daughters, Beverly K. Lemley, Susan D. Davis (Doug) and Lisa A. Thomas; grandchildren, Michelle, Jesse and Ashley; great grandchildren, Bobby, Dustin and Chelsea and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am with a service to follow at 10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Lavon will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton following the service.
