Perry, LaVerne, age 90, of Crawfordsville, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2009 in Washington Township, Ohio.
LaVerne is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Ann (Ken) Long of Washington Township, Ohio; sons and daughter-in-law: Thomas Allen (Pamela) Perry of Vancouver, BC, Timothy Perry of Yontville, CA; grandchildren: Melissa, Zachary, Daniel, Matthew, Benjamin, Seth, Sean; great grandson: Axel; sisters: Mildred O'Sullivan of Tampa, FL, Rosalind Robertson of Brownstown, IN; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Albert & Lena (Smiley) Remley; two sisters: Marie Clark, Mary Frances Wood; and three brothers: Adrian, Leslie, and Kenneth Remley.
Memorial services will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Monday, September 8, 2008 at the Wabash Ave. Presbyterian Church, 307 South Washington St., Crawfordsville with Reverend Dr. John C. Van Nuys officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday morning from 10:30 A.M. until time of services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Indiana Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org/indiana. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) Kettering, Ohio.
