LauVerna Burton Litteral, age 86 of Washington Court House, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Courthouse Manor. She was born February 5, 1932 in Somerset, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Mamie Burton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carmel H. Litteral; three sisters and a brother.
LauVerna will be missed by her loving children, Theresa "Terrie" (Jack) Chapman and Jeffery Litteral; grandchildren,Trina Eddy, Melissa Chapman-Marting; great grandchildren, Jordan Rife, Jennica (Desmond) Lovell, Jessalyn Rife, Ethan Marting, Aria Marting and Laurel Marting; many loving nieces and nephews.
LauVerna's family would like to thank the staff who cared so much for at the Courthouse Manor Nursing Home.
Family will receive friends Monday, April 23, 2018 from 12 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Newcomer Beavercreek Chapel, 338 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Burial to immediately follow the service at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in LauVerna's memory to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
