Lowe, Laura Ruth, age 64, of Kettering, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2014. She was born March 26, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Albert & Enid Black. Laura was a 1968 graduate of Centerville High School and she attended Wright State University.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister: Carolyn Black. Laura is survived by her son: Eric (Susan) Lowe; daughter: Amy Schwerdtseger; granddaughter: Haley Schwerdtseger; brother: Albert Black; and sister: Janet Pirozzi.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Centerville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until time of service.
