Larry R. Butcher

Larry R. Butcher, age 69, passed away in Columbus, Ohio on April 1, 2015. He was born to the late Ora and Elva Butcher on November 17, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio. Larry loved to fish and be outdoors. He enjoyed spending time with his family and telling stories. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Barbara Butcher; daughter Nichole (Alex) Deschapelles; granddaughter Josie Deschapelles; sister Lora Butcher; three nieces Becky, Melissa, Elizabeth; six nephews Joey, Jason, Michael, Philip, Jonathan, Daniel and several great nieces and nephews. Larry was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel on Monday, April 6, 2015 from 5pm-7pm with a funeral service to follow on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 10am at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
