Larry Gene Pollard, age 85 of Kettering, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021. He was born November 2, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Robert and Gladys Pollard.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Joyce; and brother, Bill.
Larry is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jerie; sons, Larry "Joe" Pollard, Steven Pollard; grandchildren, Michael Pollard, Tya (Josh) Romos, Christin Watson; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Betty Hicks; as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). A Memorial Service will begin at 4:00 pm. The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks will be worn in all public places.
