Larry N. Neff, age 73 of Xenia, OH passed away at home with family by his side on Monday, July 26, 2021. He was born August 23, 1947 in Kenvir, Kentucky to Bud and Marie (York) Neff.
Larry is preceded in death by his wife Carolyn (Bailey) Neff; his parents; and a sister, Brenda (Homer) Bailey. He is survived by his children, Angelia Neff Thornton, Terry L. (Bryan) Mills, Cassie M. (Josh) Keeton and Bryan J. (Peggy) Neff; grandchildren, Ashley (Donovan) Spencer, Bryan (Necole) Mills, Riley, Carter, Parker, Ty and Tanner, Keeton and Charlie Neff; great grandchildren, Carsten, Raelynn, and great grand baby Luckett; a brother Charles Neff; as well as many other loved ones.
Larry grew up in Pounding Mill Holler in Evarts, KY. He and Carolyn later moved to Ohio to work and start a family, and he eventually retired from Chrysler in 2006. He enjoyed spending time with his family, frequenting auctions and car shows and attending breakfast with retirement buddies. Larry remained active tinkering with cars, lawn mowers and tractors. He will be greatly missed.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
