Larry Dean Jones, age 58, of Riverside passed away March 13, 2018 at Kettering Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born April 25, 1959 in Dayton to the late Robert L. and Kathaleen J. (Johnson) Jones.
Larry graduated from Stebbins High School in 1977. He was a cross-country truck driver and a true outdoorsman. Larry loved hunting, fishing and kayaking.
He is survived by his sisters, Connie L. (Bruce) Cochran of Fishers, IN and Wanda L. (Greg) Anello of Bartlett, IL; 3 nephews, Ryan Cochran, Adam Cochran and Nick Anello; one niece Rachael Anello; as well as many other family members and friends. Larry will be deeply missed by all.
A Celebration of Larry's life will be held on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. Larry's family will greet friends on Friday from 10:00 am until service time at the funeral home. Larry's urn will be laid to rest at a later date at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Larry's memory to the American Cancer Society.
